Article 10 - law 675/96 under the protection of people in defence of vital data

Dear sir,
 We would like to inform you that the law 675/96 is about the defence of vital data. According to the law, the consideration of the vital data will be characterized by correctness, lawfulness and trasparency of your rights.
In conformity with the law, we would like to inform you that the main purpose of the consideration is to bring yourself up to date about our offers.
It will be avoided to give the vital data you will send us, while, for technical reasons, they could be given to the webmaster but it won't be able to are them for different purposes foreseen by the consideration.
The holder of the consideration is:

You can apply to the holder to have your claims recognized as foreseen by the law 675/96 (article 13) that we will translate for you as follows:

Article 13 - Customer's rigths

 1. With regards the vital data the customer needs:

a) To know, through a free access to a register art.31, letter a, the existence of vital data concerned with him/her;
b) to be informed on the article 7 letter a-b-h;
c) to get, by the owner, without any delay:

1) the existence of vital data connected with him, even if not recorded, and the communication of the vital data and their origin; to demand could be removed, exept for justified reason, in 90 days;
2) the annulment, the changing in anonymity or stopping the vital data when they are used against the law;
3) the revision or integration of vital data;
4) the attestation that all the operation whose numbers are 2) and 3) have known by all the people who can have already used the vital data;

d) to object, the whole and its parts, for justified reason, to the vital data connected with him/her regarding the aim of admission of the vital data;
e) to object, the whole and its parts, to the vital data connected with him/her, for the only aim of advertising, commercial or selling media. This right could be asserted freely.
2. For every reason as above sub-section 1, letter c, number 1, it could be asked to the customer, where those isn't any existence about vital data regarding him/her, a compulsory charge, similar to the prices payed, in conformity with all the necessary formalities fixed by the regulation, article 33, sub-section 3.

3. The rights of sub-section 1 concerning with the vital data for dead people could be asserted by anyone who is interested in.

4. The customer, to assert his/her rights, sub-section 1, could delegate some natural person or clubs.

5. The source of any news will be kept secret following the rules about the professional secret of the journalists.
